Please note all costs are subject to change. No surcharges regarding cost or currency deterioration will be made once full payment for your arrangements has been received. This guarantee does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government agency. 

Passports and Visas 

Please be sure your passports are valid for at least six months after your return home. If they have six months validity, you will be allowed boarding. If you are on a foreign passport, please let us know, as you may be required to have extra visas. 

Some Countries will deny entry if passengers have a criminal record or a communicable disease. Please ensure you have the appropriate visas for the countries you are visiting. 

 

Names 

We must have the correct spelling of your name. Your first name and surname must be precisely the exact spelling shown in your passport. You must provide us with a copy of your passport to ensure everything is correct. 

 

Travel Insurance 

We strongly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstance that could occur. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of deposit. 

 

Deposits 

All deposits paid are non-refundable

 Cheques payments are accepted – please make payable to MJB Adventures.

**Please ensure your surname, first name and if possible, trip name eg “SA 2024” is put as the reference when making your deposit to ensure it can be credited to the correct account.**

 

Credit Cards payments are accepted and can be arranged by contacting our office on 08 9240 7553 

 

All payments must be made 28 days before the departure date, regardless of any agreed payment plan date agreed upon. 

 

MJB Adventures holds the right only to allow participation in the trip unless the invoice and account have been finalised 28 days before the departure date, with payments already made being forfeited. 

 

 

Cancellation Fees 

All funds paid are l 00% non-refundable. Cancellations made 90 days or less before the travel date will be liable for the total costs due. Any cancellations will be responsible for any payments made to the suppliers up until the time of cancellation. Please ensure that you purchase travel insurance. 

 

Package Costing 

Please note prices quoted are subject to change without notice and are only guaranteed once paid in full. Some circumstances, which may change your costs, would be currency fluctuations and airfare changes. All tours are subject to numbers and may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met. Some day tours, hosts and inclusions may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Ticket Collection 

We will contact you when we have received your final travel documentation, including tickets. Once you’ve received your documentation, you must keep everything safe. Some airlines charge fees to reissue tickets. 

 

Vaccinations 

We recommend you contact https://www.health.gov.au/topics/immunisation/when-to-get-vaccinated/immunisation-for-travel to check which vaccinations may be needed for your trip. 

Vaccination is the choice and the responsibility of the passenger. 

 

Visa Fees 

If you would like us to help organise your visa, a fee of $60 per passenger per consulate will apply in addition to the consulate charge. However, ultimately, the responsibility lies with you, the passenger, to organise a visa if required. 

 

 

For Australian Residents – Government Travel Advice 

 

Any time you travel overseas, keeping up-to-date with the latest government information and developments that could affect your safety in the countries you visit through the Department of Foreign Affairs is essential.

You should factor this into travel planning. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date on any developments.

 Please note that if an event occurs, waiver of cancellation or amendment fees are solely the discretion of the airlines or suppliers, i.e. hotels, not the Government or the travel agent, regardless of the DFAT notice’s warning level. 

 

Frequent Flyer 

Should you already be a member or are joining a frequent flyer program, you must advise us of your frequent flyer number. Retain your boarding passes in case of points not being allocated. You have one month from your return date to send relevant details to the frequent flyer Airline concerned to have your points assigned to your membership. 

Please note that your preferred airline carrier may not be available on the days and times required as part of a group booking, and MJB Adventures reserves the right to choose another carrier. 

 

Contact the office if you want to fly with your preferred airline, and we will send a quote. 

 

Reconfirmation of Flights 

Please re-confirm all flights directly with the airlines within 48 hours of departure to ensure if there have been any schedule changes, you are aware of them.
